Best hotel for large families

“We came for a one night stay in a family room at the weekend. The room was modern, very clean and comfortable with a large bed. Shower pressure was good, as were complimentary toiletries. My 5 year old son loved the separate kids room (curtained off) and his own TV. The aquariums on every floor and the treasure trail on the back of the kids menu kept him entertained.”

“We had a wonderful family stay at this hotel and would definitely return! From the moment we arrived, the reception staff were exceptional – friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Their warm hospitality made a great first impression. The rooms were spotlessly clean, extremely spacious, and well-equipped with still and sparkling water along with a well-stocked tea and coffee station. The interconnecting rooms were perfect for our family. While the rooms were quite cold, the staff provided portable heaters, which helped a little. The pool was a big hit with the kids! It was really nice and well-maintained, though we’d recommend bringing towels from your room as they aren’t provided at the pool area.”

“The person on the reception desk I think his name was Mark he was working Sunday evening 9th Feb.

Was just amazing! Great customer service, I haven’t been to many places and received such a great service. Me and my mum both asked at desk if any rooms with bath and he was able to sort. He chatted away to us and later on in the evening I was back down by reception and asked how I was and even remembered both mine and my mum’s name.
To me he just went above to give such a great service. I also overheard him checking in on many guests which was just nice to hear!”

“We spent 2 nights at the Hotel whilst visiting the area . Rooms were spacious , clean and had everything required for our stay. Good selection of meals in the restaurant, great selection of food on offer for breakfast . Staff were friendly and helpful especially Mark at reception who was able to answer any queries we had about getting around the area .
Recommend this hotel for anyone travelling to Lapland Uk easy commuting to the event.”

“A very good Hotel, staff were very attentive, then rooms are very well maintained and are modern and clean. We visited Lapland UK and the hotel was a perfect place to stay before our early exit to the amazing Lapland experience. The hotel understands what a family needs, a fun, warm pool for swimming is an added bonus.”
